WHO I AM:

Mariposa Filosa is a multi-passionate creator and artist.

They are a Music Producer, Make-Up Artist, Model, Photographer, Graphic Designer, Videographer, Dancer, Performer, Website Designer, and Tarot reader. They're a divine being with a life purpose, a gift, and a mission.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Mariposa Filosa. I’m a humanitarian indie artist from the Chicagoland area. I’m COVID cautious and I participate in mutual aid and fundraising. I’m a young developing producer aspiring to take on the world. I am a leader.


I’ve chosen this path because it’s the most true and honest one to me. I find inspiration in everything and I am an essentially hopeful person. I do my best and I’m deeply human. I’m from here and I’m from there. I’m on Earth to make a change through my passions and my art. I have a lust for life and I love love.

I’ve got plenty in store for the world and I’m excited to embody it fully. I am best friend’s with the divine powers of the Oneness. I was born to stand out. I literally have stage fright but it’s time to get over myself and start telling the world my story and who I truly am.

I'm a self-taught producer artist (in every sense of the word), performer, student, activist, and advocate.


I'm studying music technology, I'm a youth advocate for ending homelessness and solving the housing crisis as well as housing being a human right.

i am in the chicagoland area. born in chicago and lived in the suburbs for a while.

HOW I DO IT:

i do it on my free time. any time i have that isnt dedicated to my job or helping out my community, i give my crafts my love and attention.

WHY I DO IT:
